Happy Clients.

"Great service. Went above to solve an issue at gas company! Always in contact and on top of everything!"

"Tiffany Russell is someone I am comfortable recommending to anyone and everyone I know. Back in 2014 we purchased our home and had a fabulous time doing so because of Tiffany. We knew exactly who to contact when we decided to sell our house this time around, and she also connected us with a wonderful agent in Philadelphia. We went through a house fire and two year renovation, so we thought we were pretty savvy, but...Tiffany knew the area, the trends and the comps perfectly and we closed much more quickly than the average seller. She has an eye for detail, requesting a second round of pictures, and giving us great advice and support throughout the selling experience."

"Pity there are only 5 stars possible. We had a first rate experience working with Tiffany and her real estate group. She sized up our property as she knew the neighborhood first hand. She priced us right, suggested minimal changes and staging and voilà, we had an offer that was our asking price in two days or less. There were some shaky moments leading up to closing but Tiffany handled it for us and we closed without further incident. An excellent experience that I would recommend to any potential buyers or sellers."

"We are so glad we entrusted our home rental to Tiffany and her group. Her communication, professionalism and dedication are unsurpassed. We truly feel we couldn’t have chosen more wisely. The amount of work that was done on our behalf was remarkable for what we were charged. I would recommend her services to anyone with real estate needs. Absolutely first rate!"

Bryce

"I've worked with Tiffany and her team on multiple occasions - for purchasing as well as renting. It's been just amazing every time - Tiffany and her team are excellent at what they do and they make the process super easy. Thank you so much!"

Aaron

"The Austin market has been challenging this year but Tiffany and her team were able to use their vast knowledge base and creativity to properly market and ultimately sell our home above asking. We've worked with Tiffany on two homes and would work with her a third if we were in the Austin area. She is very personable, patient, and always available for whatever questions arise - she's the best!"

April

"Tiffany was amazing and we would not have gotten our house without her and her team. She was very patient with us as picky first time home buyers and helped us win in a very competitive bid without being the highest priced offer."

Lauren

"Wow, what a great experience. Tiffany takes care of everything and is a pleasure to work with on all fronts. She works tirelessly for her clients and the results show this. She is super knowledgeable about the market, the Austin area, home design and construction and has great recommendations for other services needed to home buying and home ownership. She was always available for me and responded very quickly. Many other friends have had the same amazing experience and I will be recommending Tiffany to everyone I can. I will be a repeat client for sure!"

Matthew

"I don't think the English language has words powerful enough to convey how highly I recommend Tiffany. She is THE BEST Realtor® I could have ever imagined. She is extremely knowledgeable, attentive to detail, and is always ready to explain the nuances of a house. Tiffany is so responsible! She is always on the ball, does not procrastinate and is never too busy for questions or follow ups or showings. She is a fantastic negotiator, and got thousands knocked off our closing costs. Tiffany is just a true and honorable person, and also funny and kind and a joy to be around. Every other person we worked with in the process of buying, be they lenders, inspectors, insurance agents or other, let me know that Tiffany is the best there is in the business. So grateful to have found her!"

Home Buyer

"We couldn't recommend Tiffany any higher! She is everything you want in a Realtor® and her and her team exceeded all of our expectations. She is thoughtful, thorough, knowledgeable, available, creative, and has fun all the while! She makes home buying a wonderful and exciting experience and we would hire her again and again. Do yourself a favor and go with Tiffany for all your investment and real estate needs!"

Home Buyer

"Tiffany was extremely helpful and proactive in guiding us through the purchase of our new home, especially given the tight time constraints of our last-minute decision to move to Texas to be closer to family. This is our third house (our first two were in OH and CA), and Tiffany navigated us through the buying process, which can be quite different from state to state. She is extremely responsive, involved and detail-orientated in every step of the process."
